What to Expect at a Session
- There will be some paperwork to complete
- Then Anthony will spend a few minutes answering any questions that you may have.
- Then you will lie down on a massage table (fully clothed) and with eyes closed, simply observe your experience. Anthony will work on you for about 30 minutes, keeping his hands anywhere from a few inches to several feet away.
- After the Reconnective Healing session, there will be a very short debriefing where Anthony will ask you about your experience. The entire process will take about 50 minutes.
- Even after the session is completed, the healing continues.
How long does a session last?
Reconnective Healing® sessions last approximately one hour and include time for paperwork, questions, table time and debriefing. Unlike many other approaches to healing, in order to get the full benefits of Reconnective Healing®, very few sessions are needed. It is generally recommended that clients have 1-3 sessions during a seven to fourteen day period.
The Reconnection™ consists of two sessions, preferably spaced on consecutive or alternate days. Each session is approximately one hour in length including time for paperwork, questions, table time and debriefing. Although not required, we recommend at least one Reconnective Healing session prior to having The Reconnection™. The Reconnection™ must be done in person and it is done only once in a person’s life-time.
