Is an expression of beauty in its simplicity of movements and is renowned for its “Qi” development. Characterized by agile steps and flowing movements, this short-form is ideally suited for beginners and yet challenging enough for intermediate players.

Developed by Dr. Paul Lam of Australia in conjunction with a team of Taiji and medical experts, this short-form has gained immense popularity throughout the world, particularly amongst people with Arthritis and is supported by Arthritis foundations worldwide.

Heartfelt appreciation

It was an incredible day yesterday, finished teaching the “Sun style – short form” Tai Chi class for the Spring season and then hosted & presented an “EPR (Electro Physiological Reactivity) Biofeedback” presentation, which flowed seamlessly. It was so gratifying to have the opportunity to share to such an open audience and then to receive heartfelt thanks and appreciation.
